The rules for using Tweetsim, and what you're responsible for when you share what you make.

Introduction

The following terms and conditions govern all use of the Tweetsim.com website and all content, services, and products available at or through the website (collectively referred to as the "Service"). The Service is owned and operated by Enki Studios LLC ("Tweetsim", "we", "us" or "our"). The Service is offered subject to your acceptance without modification of all of the terms and conditions contained herein and all other operating rules, policies (including, without limitation, Tweetsim's Privacy Policy) and procedures that may be published from time to time by Tweetsim (collectively, the "Agreement").

Please read this Agreement carefully before accessing or using the Service. By accessing or using any part of the web site, you agree to become bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these terms and conditions are considered an offer by Tweetsim, acceptance is expressly limited to these terms.

Entertainment, Parody, and Creative Use

Tweetsim's mock tweet and account-status generators are intended for entertainment, parody, satire, and creative mockups. Generated mockups are not authentic posts, verified statements, or evidence that an account has been blocked, restricted, suspended, or verified. The separate tweet-to-image converter displays public posts retrieved from an external service; it is not an authenticity or evidence-verification service.

When sharing a mockup, clearly identify it as fictional, edited, or parody wherever viewers could reasonably mistake it for genuine content. Do not remove that context to deceive people. Describing something as entertainment or parody does not automatically make it lawful or excuse harm to others.

Usage Policy

By using Tweetsim, you agree to use the Service lawfully and ethically, including but not limited to the following:

  • You will not use the generated content to harass, threaten, defame, deceptively impersonate, or intimidate anyone.
  • You will not present fabricated posts or account notices as genuine evidence, use them for fraud or scams, or falsely suggest a person's endorsement.
  • You must respect privacy, copyright, trademark, and other rights. Only use names, photos, and content you have permission or another lawful basis to use. Do not expose private or sensitive personal information.
  • You will not use the Service for any unlawful, illegal, or unauthorized purpose.
  • You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without the express written permission by Tweetsim.
  • You are responsible for the content you create and how you distribute it. Our Privacy Policy explains local editing, external services, analytics, and network requests.

Content

You retain any rights you hold in the content you provide. You give Tweetsim only the limited permission necessary to process and display that content to provide the functionality you request. This does not grant us permission to independently publish your creations, use them in advertising, or train AI models on them. Rights in third-party posts, images, names, logos, and other materials remain with their respective owners; using Tweetsim does not grant you those rights.

Liability

The following liability and disclaimer provisions apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law and do not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tweetsim, its contractors, and its licensors, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of the Service, including but not limited to your violation of this Agreement.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is". Tweetsim and its suppliers and licensors hereby disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Neither Tweetsim nor its suppliers and licensors, makes any warranty that the Service will be error free or that access thereto will be continuous or uninterrupted.

Affiliations

Tweetsim is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected with X Corp. (formerly Twitter), xAI, or their affiliates. X, Twitter, Grok, associated logos, and other third-party marks belong to their respective owners. Reproducing an interface or verification badge in a mockup does not imply an official connection or actual verification. A Grok icon in a mockup is decorative and does not provide access to the Grok service.

Changes

Tweetsim reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace any part of this Agreement. It is your responsibility to check this Agreement periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the Service following the posting of any changes to this Agreement constitutes acceptance of those changes.
